As Nurses Week comes to an end, I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on what it truly means to be a nurse. 🤍
The long days, the emotional moments, the advocating, the comforting, the educating, the multitasking… it’s more than just a job. It’s a calling.

Some days are exhausting, some days are overwhelming, but every day reminds me why I chose this path. To care for others in their most vulnerable moments is something I never take lightly.

Whether I’m caring for students in my clinic, supporting moms through their breastfeeding journey, or simply being a safe place for someone who needs compassion… I’m grateful God trusted me with this role. ✨

To every nurse out there: thank you for showing up, even on the hard days. Your work matters more than you know. 💉🩺🤍

Today we celebrate the dedication, knowledge, and commitment it takes to go beyond the basics and pursue excellence in nursing. 💙

I’m proud to share that I am a Certified Nurse in the specialty of Low Risk Neonate — a certification that reflects my passion for providing safe, evidence-based care to our tiniest patients. 👶🏽✨

From supporting newborns in their earliest moments to guiding families through those first days, this work is more than a profession… it’s a calling.

Every baby deserves a strong start. Every family deserves support. And every nurse deserves to be celebrated today.

You are enough.
Your milk is powerful.
Healing takes time.
Every feed counts.

Breastfeeding can feel sacred and exhausting. Beautiful and overwhelming. Empowering and uncertain — sometimes all in the same hour.

If you’re in the thick of midnight feeds, cluster feeding, pumping schedules, sore ni***es, growth spurts, or self-doubt… take a breath.

Your body is doing amazing things.
Grace over guilt.
Blooming takes patience.

And whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, supplementing, or making the best decision for your family — your baby is loved. 💗
