✨ What’s your average pumping output? ✨

Here’s a real, unfiltered look at some of the pictures I get from my client’s pumping sessions 💕 worried about it being “enough”. Some days it’s more, some days it’s less — and that’s completely normal. Output can change depending on the time of day, hydration, stress, baby’s feeding patterns, and so much more.

💡 Remember: Pump output does not define your worth as a mom or the amazing work your body is doing. Every ounce matters, and every drop is love. 🫶
