1. DMI inspired exercises to work on dynamic balance, trunk control, and eccentric quad strength ๐ช
2. Jumping off objects to work on leg power, strength and gross motor skills ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ
3. Walking across a balance beam to be independent walking in narrow spaces โ๏ธ
4. Swinging to help with regulating our sensory system ๐ซ
5. Balancing objects on a tray to simulate walking with a tray of food ๐ฑ
6. Modified single leg balance with one foot on a ball to improve balance and alignment ๐คพโโ๏ธ
We're here to make sure our little friends have the strength, endurance, and coordination for a safe, fun, and confident walk (or run!) around the block tonight.
