If you’re a busy mom trying to lose weight, start with this:

Drink water before meals
Protein and fiber at every meal
Daily walking

You don’t need extremes—just consistency.

As women we are taught to shrink our bodies and eat as little as possible if we want to lose weight.

But that’s not true. When I was doing nothing but cardio, eating very little, and getting crappy sleep - I was ALWAYS tired and my hormones were all out of whack.

But I never knew fueling my body, lifting weights, and getting quality sleep is what would have helped my body the most 🗣️🫶🏻💪🏻✨
