We would like to address a recent situation involving a rearview mirror that detached from a windshield while a vehicle was parked with our valet service.
Many rearview mirrors are mounted to the windshield using a special adhesive, and over time this adhesive can weaken due to normal wear and tear. This type of mirror attachment is known to sometimes loosen or detach, especially in areas with extreme temperatures. Considering the intense Texas heat, it’s not uncommon for the adhesive to soften and cause the mirror to fall even when the vehicle is simply parked.
When the concern was brought to our attention, we immediately offered to help pay for the reattachment of the mirror as a gesture of good faith and to resolve the situation quickly. Unfortunately, instead of continuing the conversation with us to find a solution, our business began receiving multiple 1-star reviews, some of which appear to come from individuals who were not present during the service.
Our team takes pride in providing professional and careful valet service, handling hundreds of vehicles for hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and events. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and directly with our customers.
