The McBain Wellness Center is located in the McBain Rural Agricultural School building between the main elementary and middle school hallways. Offering both nursing and mental health services, we have a nurse and a licensed mental health clinician on staff. The McBain Wellness Center can provide care to anyone ages 5-21 who attends school in the district. Services are provided at low or no-cost.

Nursing Services: care for sickness and injuries, referral for care, health education programming, immunizations, STD testing & treatment, pregnancy testing & counseling

Mental Health Services: mental health assessment, individual and family counseling, grief counseling, trauma counseling, and support groups
