Because of the City of McComb’s incredible generosity combined with Selectwoman Terri Waterman-Baylor’s leadership, $22,000 is now at work providing comfort, care, and strength to patients at the Mississippi Cancer Institute. We’re honored by the continued support of our community and beyond thankful all who contributed to Selectwoman Baylor’s ongoing mission to give back.

Southwest Health and the Mississippi Cancer Institute express our sincere appreciation for this donation that advances our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care right here, close to home. What a powerful example of what a community can do together.

Our community helped raise $22,000 to support those battling breast cancer and the survivors who continue to inspire us. This contribution was delivered to the Mississippi Cancer Institute, where it will go toward care, support, and hope for patients and their families. We’re grateful to everyone who helped make this possible, and a special thank you to Selectwoman Terri Waterman-Baylor for leading this effort.

In cardiology, every moment counts and every heartbeat tells a story. Our radiologic team at the Cardiovascular Institute of Mississippi helps reveal that story during those crucial moments. Through the advanced imaging of nuclear cardiology and the refined work of the cath-lab, their advanced cardiac care brings vital insight to every procedure, capturing the motion, rhythm, and flow that guide lifesaving treatment.

Their calm precision in critical moments and commitment to patient care make them an indispensable part of Southwest Health. This National Radiologic Technology Week, we proudly thank the cardiac radiologic experts who help keep hearts strong, right here - close to home.
