Got to share a success story about a client of mine that I've been working with for 4 weeks now with the . Steve suffered a heart attack on Mother's Day and wanted to get back on track with his health. When an individual suffers a heart attack the average person experiences about 50% white muscle damage to their heart, Steve only suffered 10% which is amazing, God was with him!🙏 Since Steve has started the program he has lost 5 inches from his waist and 3.5 inches from his chest in 4 weeks. He just completed his cardiac rehad and is looking forward to getting to the gym to take his to the NEXT level. Congratulations Steve and keep up the great work, so VERY proud of you!🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏
