To any empaths struggling thru these times, grounding in beneficial ways for you is "ideal".
Whether it's gardening, lawn care, working with animals or other areas thats more wholesome for your own well being.
If those arent options available for your own lifestyle conditions, please consider using a great grounding stone that feels right for you. You can carry it with you or simply choose other methods. Wearing hematite is a great protection stone that will help you manage thru times when you need something extra to not absorb all energies of things that would negatively impact you easy from being around others. If you're going to choose to wear jewelry, please allow it be something thats going to help you along more beneficially over reasons that arent as such for you. I am a huge fan of high vibrational stones for my own reasons, yet it is not the most benefical alone living thru our human experiences that we must also need to handle while we are on this earth plane as such. You will detach from most of those human experiences more greater without a proper grounding method in addition! You do need to balance it out! ⚖️
