WELLNESS WEDNESDAY - Social & Physical
My mom is visiting so I took her to the YMCA to exercise. I recognized the older gentlemen, who is a member of the Casa De España Dfw so I introduced them. My mama is 89 and he is 101! Amazing! After chatting, they found out that they are from the same town of Sevilla, Spain. They grew up in the same neighborhood and attended the same church! Its a small world after all...
