Mental health awareness initiatives aim to enhance public understanding of mental health disorders, diminish stigma, and promote positive attitudes toward seeking help. WHO recommends that adults aged 18 to 64 should engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity each week. Take a walk, hike, dance or just move it! It can help prevent stress, depression, brain fog, lower blood pressure and heart issues. If you are struggling call a friend or contact a professional for help!
