If you’re a negative person who feels the need to spread your negative views or opinions and rain them down on those around you, pls realize what a sh*tty way this is to be. If you’re scared of making big moves or any moves in your life because it may not go well or because you may be let down by the end result, make the damn move any way. Your ass is never gonna know what you could have been if you would have just gone for it. You have no way of knowing how the future will play out so just do the damn thing and if you have family or friends that rain on your parade then maybe they don’t deserve a seat at your table. Those that try to trash talk any part of your life’s experience lack growth and may never advance in this life or the next and that is a very sad existence so dont be like them you do what you need to do for you and let the negative in your life find an exit they aren’t going where you are, this is your path even if you have to walk it alone.

Welcome to 2022, the 💩 show continues. If you guys are anything like me I’m sure you were thinking things were gonna get better in 2021 only to be disappointed by this continued sickness that is only growing and morphing into more sickness. So what do we do? My answer, we evolve. We grow stronger mentally, physically and emotionally. We fight back with nutrition, fitness, and meditation. As humans we have been fighting plagues and Illness since the beginning of time, this is not new.
What has changed is the increased amount of stress due to drowning ourselves in negative people and media. Negativity breeds more negativity, you attract what you put energy into. Don’t fall victim to the 💩 show, let’s pave new roads and blow 2022 up with accomplishing our goals regardless of the struggle. Stay tuned!

Winding down the weekend. I finished out mine with a leisurely walk in the park this morning and this evening with a relaxed gym day and a 20 minute beginner yoga video. Oh and lots of water to help flush out any relaxed drink and food choices I made over the weekend.
