I was truly honored to have had the opportunity to speak at the Power Summit and share my passion for something so many of us are silently struggling with — blood sugar and insulin regulation.

This topic is close to my heart because understanding what's happening inside our bodies can be the key that unlocks so much — our energy, our mood, our weight, our overall health.
Now I want to hear from YOU 👇

What symptoms are you experiencing?
Have you been able to connect the dots and figure out what's going on with your health?
Or do you have questions you've been wanting to ask?

Drop them in the comments — no question is too small, and you never know who else needs to hear the answer.

Hey everyone 💛

I’d love to hear from you.

If you’re currently in perimenopause (or recently went through it), when did you first realize something felt “off” in your body?

What changed that caught you off guard the most?

Was it anxiety?
Sleep?
Brain fog?
Weight changes?
Something else?

I’m doing some research and genuinely want to understand what’s been hardest for you.

Thank you in advance for sharing — your experiences matter.

Have you ever done a detoxifying foot soak?

I know, it looks gross, but just think of all of that muck that comes out of your feet is circulating inside of you. It kind of makes you get the ick.....

The reasons I do them (I bought my own machine after visiting Cyndy Leslie Wellness Center (Light and Energy Therapeutics)):
1. It gives me a full 20 min to sit and think.

2. It allows me to detox from stagnation that might be accumulating in my liver, lymph, and fascia.

3. I take specific nutrients and toxin binders afterwards to make sure that anything I have "shaken loose" gets pushed out through my liver quickly and efficiently.

Don't underestimate the power of removing toxins from your body, it quite literally, removes barriers to your body wanting to be efficient and balanced.

You’re not broken. You’re inflamed.
And there’s a difference.

Inflammation can look like:
Anxiety that doesn’t match your life
Weight gain that doesn’t match your effort
Cycles that feel foreign
Gut issues that make you feel like you’ve tried everything
Waking up tired no matter how early you go to bed

This is not laziness.

It’s biology.

And the sooner you get a real map of what’s happening—in your blood, in your hormones, in your gut—the sooner we can start pulling you out of it.

Peptides. Drainage. Nutrition. Nervous system.

But first—labs.
Let’s make this the year of answers.

No more pretending.
The year is closing, and some of you are already making promises to fix things you haven’t even looked at yet.

That fatigue you keep blaming on “being busy”?
That gut stuff you say is “probably stress”?
That bloat, pain, insomnia, brain fog, rage?

It’s not going to disappear just because the calendar flips.

You don’t need a reset.
You need a reality check.

You need someone to help you read the signals your body’s been sending for months.
The labs matter.

The patterns matter.

The inflammation always has a story behind it.

Let 2026 be the year you stop guessing.

I used to work out constantly.

Count macros.
Skip wine.
Cycle through every “clean” protocol.

And still—nothing moved.

The scale didn’t budge much. My inflammation stuck around. Clothes fit tighter than they should.

I was doing all the “right” things, and my body was still holding on.

Then I added peptide therapy.

Not as a quick fix.
Not to replace the work.
But as a clinical tool, combined with inflammation detox and bloodwork-driven support.
And that changed everything.

Over a few months, the fat started to drop.
My inflammation released.
My energy improved.
My metabolism finally caught up with my effort.
I know peptides get mixed reviews in the media.

But in real-life practice—used wisely, safely, and with real clinical monitoring—they’ve changed the game for so many women I work with.

Especially the ones who feel like they’ve done everything.
Especially the ones who’ve been dismissed by doctors or sold on programs that never worked.

This is a tool I now use in my hormone and metabolic work with women. And it works best when it’s part of a full picture:
Blood sugar
Insulin
Inflammation
Cholesterol
Full thyroid panels

Real strategy, not hacks
If you’re ready for actual results in the new year—not another crash plan, not another “reset”—I’m offering free chats right now to talk through how peptide therapy might fit your body, your labs, your timeline.

Next week will be chaos. Plan now.

Everyone’s going to be scrambling.

Weight loss ads. Cleanse kits. New Year pressure.

Don’t wait until you’re drowning to ask for help.

Think about it now—when the lights are still up, but your body already feels the impact of the last few weeks.

If you’ve felt off—tired, puffy, disconnected, hormonal—it didn’t start this month. It’s been simmering.

And we can do something about it.

With labs. With real strategy. With a plan you don’t abandon by February.

Book your bloodwork review now for January.
Show up for yourself before the noise starts.

Your body is not the problem.

Not today. Not after pie. Not after skipping the workout. Not ever.

The holidays are not your enemy.
The food is not your failure.

And your body is not a project to punish into submission in January.

What if you gave yourself something different this year?

Like real answers.
Like a proper bloodwork analysis.
Like a protocol that actually fits your life and chemistry—not just another bootcamp or supplement bundle.

Health is a gift.

But it starts with information.
Not guilt.
Not shame.
Not restriction.

Let this be the year you stop guessing and start knowing.

I’ve got space in January if you’re ready.

Let it be enough.
Whatever you’ve done this week—shopping, cooking, showing up, surviving—it’s enough.

There’s no perfect gift, no perfect table, no perfect version of you that deserves more rest than the one standing here now.

Take the nap.
Say the prayer.
Watch your kid’s face light up and let it be the thing that matters most.

This week will go fast.
The memories will stick.
The mess won’t.

Merry Christmas from me to you.
Breathe. Receive. Let it be enough.

You don’t have to crawl through the holidays feeling inflamed, bloated, and guilty—then start over in January with more shame than strategy.

I used to push hard in the gym, micromanage every bite, and still feel puffy, stuck, and exhausted. Nothing moved.

Peptides changed that. (and not the ones in pill-form, those are a scam....)

Not as a shortcut, but as a clinical tool—paired with detox, bloodwork, and real metabolic support.

Now I use peptide therapy in my practice with women who’ve done everything “right” and still can’t lose the weight or calm the inflammation. It works. When it’s done right.

If you want to walk into January already ahead—not behind—I’m offering free chats to see if peptides fit into a plan for you.

We’ll look at blood sugar, insulin, inflammation, thyroid, and what your body actually needs.

Start now.

Sometimes I do things that scare me.
And the strangest part is—I don’t always realize I’m afraid until it’s over.

In the moment, I’m so focused, so clenched, so caught up in trying to get it right, that I miss the experience altogether. The fear disguises itself as control. Or urgency. Or “I’ve got this.”

But when I look back, I can feel it.
I can see how much it stretched me.
And I always grow from it.

This past year has been full of that kind of growth.
Physical, yes. Professional, big time.

But what really shifted was spiritual.
How I see the world. How I move through it. How I listen to God instead of just my own panic.

I’ve stopped pretending that not knowing is safer.
It’s not.

Knowing is power. Even when it’s uncomfortable.

Whether it’s checking my credit card statements line by line.

Waiting for a colonoscopy result I didn’t want to need.

Or opening a blood panel I knew was going to confirm something I didn’t want to admit.

I’ve learned that pretending everything’s fine doesn’t protect me.

It delays healing.

It keeps me stuck in cycles that feel familiar but go nowhere.
No one gets this more than me:
It’s easy to justify feeling “okay” when you’re used to discomfort.

It’s easy to ignore the bloat, the fatigue, the painful cycles, the night sweats, the skin flares, the sleep that never restores—when they’ve become your baseline.

But it’s not normal. And it’s not nothing.

Doing the scary thing—getting full bloodwork, hormone testing, gut panels, asking the better questions—isn’t just brave.

It’s wise.

It’s what stops the guessing.

It’s what stops the symptom chasing, the bootcamps, the expensive supplements that don’t move the needle.

So yeah.
I do scary things sometimes.

Not because I want to—but because staying in the dark is scarier.
If you’re ready to stop pretending and start knowing, I can help.
And I’ll walk you through it with you.
