"Getting help was the best decision and actually saved my life. After silently battling an eating disorder for 8 years, I am now proud to say I am in recovery and the happiest and healthiest I have ever been. Eating disorders have no size or look and recovery is possible and so worth it. Thank you to everyone who helped inspire me along the way. Much love to you all." We're so proud of you, Abby!

This is an interesting way of looking at how we define "happiness" and that it often puts us into categories, which we don't deserve to be in. We are meant to be a spectrum of emotions.

This comic was based on this essay from Augusten Burroughs: How to live unhappily ever after. In addition to the essay, I highly recommend reading his books. It's also been described in psychology as flow.
