"Since we were little we have had an unexplainable bond. We were instant sisters. As we grew and explored our teenage years, we grew apart in the search for our identities, but as we found God we made our way back into each other's worlds.

Our friendship has been through each stage of life and experienced many forms of death, but we have learned that when we keep Jesus at the center we do life so much better together. We have someone to speak life into us when we can not see light, someone who will be straight with in the hard stuff with love and grace, and someone who will remind us of the person God has made us to be when we have forgotten.

Friendships are beautiful but when they become a holy sisterhood it is truly an eternal blessing. We are absolutely ."

Amen! So good!

Trying to hide our hearts from God is like trying to hide a bone fracture from an X-ray machine: utterly impossible, and ultimately harmful. God will see your heart regardless, but if you are resisting His presence, you will not get the benefit of all the beautiful healing He wants to do inside of you. Scripture is clear that the more we harden our hearts against God, the harder it gets to say "Yes" to what He wants to do in us. The more we choose to harden, the more difficult it gets to become soft and more pliable in His presence.
God is already there. It's time to turn your heart to Him, open every closed door, wipe away the cobwebs from the windows of your deepest places, and let Him get to work. Ribs may crack, heartbeats may strain, things might have to be broken to be set back into place, but the Great Physician knows what He's doing. He won't ever leave you mid-surgery, and it's His nature to bind up wounds. Hiding prevents healing, so open your heart to Him. You are in good hands.

Sometimes when we look at others, we start comparing ourselves and judging our worth either in favor of ourselves and against them or against ourselves and in favor of others.

But what would happen if we stopped comparing and started SEEING God's lavishedly loved children both in ourselves and in others.

We weren't made to compare ourselves to everyone around us but to live in community as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pray with me that we can begin to SEE GOD'S CHILDREN. See the beauty in which He created each and every one of us. Lets look at uniqueness as a gift instead of weapon.

Trust the Holy Spirit to use YOU in others lives. Join them in their joy, or sadness, or confusion. You are surrounded by the truth that Jesus Himself sits at God's right hand, pleading for us at all times.
Our God hears, and loves, and moves.

Can we just take a moment to rejoice in God's truth today?

When the world tells us we are not enough, He tells us the truth.
When the world says we are not worthy, He tells us the truth.
When the world says we are too much, He tells us the truth.
When the world says we are broken, He tells us the truth.

His truth will always outshine the lies. What God says will always hold more weight then what the world wants us to believe...if we let it.

Rejoice in His truth. Spend time in His truth. Believe in HIS truth.

You were beautifully made. Everything God intended you to be, you are. Right now. Sometimes we pick up things (baggage, lies, etc) along the way that lead us to believe we are not or can not be who God created us to be but that couldn't be further from the truth. You have the ability to embrace and proclaim your original design right NOW!
