Gently reconnect with your body, regulate stress, and build emotional resilience—one breath at a time. With 20+ years in holistic health, I now support caregivers, trauma survivors, and sensitive humans through EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and nervous system-informed somatic care. I’m a QMHA in Oregon, trained in EFT PS1 + PS2 through ACEP, and currently in grad school to become a licensed c

linical social worker. I bring my lived experience, trauma-informed lens, and deep belief in the body’s ability to heal to every session. Not all grief is loud.
Some of it is quiet, complicated, and hard to explain.

You might be grieving the version of your child you imagined…
the connection you never had…
or the life you hoped for that’s slowly slipping away.

This is ambiguous grief—the kind that doesn’t come with a funeral or casseroles, but still lives in your body.

It’s the ache of milestones that hurt instead of heal.
The exhaustion that doesn’t go away.
The guilt that whispers, “Why are you sad? Nothing happened.”

But something did happen.
