God is love. If you can have judgements in your heart and mind towards any one human being- you are not Walking the correct path you are asked to walk as a child of God. Thou shalt not judge. Only God knows a person's heart.

I see these extreme Christian to do lists have Occult practices on their lists of things to accomplish. However, they judge. They are wrong. God has placed healers on the earth for a reason. Man made religion doesn't match all souls. Who are they to judge ???? 🤷🏻‍♀️

You will God's love through sources he deems needed not what you seen is right. Evil sits at the head of churches and the pews for there are those who hate and gossip. Toss stones at others.

Being able to experience your many lives is very soul settling, I must say.

Take deep breaths in filling your belly area with air and then with mouth open wide exhaling the pronounced sound deeply so it vibrate your soul. You'll feel it. Soft at first and then louder in a even steady tone. As times goes you will notice you can hold the tone for long periods of time.
