Olivia from Thrive Beauty Bar trimmed my hair and did a keratin treatment on Tuesday, and I am honestly so impressed.

🚿 She told me not to wash my hair for 48 hours… and I still haven’t washed it. I’ve even worked out 💪 and gotten sweaty, and my hair is STILL soft, shiny, and frizz-free.

She said the treatment lasts about 2–3 months depending on how often you wash your hair, so I’m hoping to get a good stretch out of it since I usually only wash mine 1–2 times a week.

But seriously… my frizz is gone, and I don’t think my hair has ever felt this soft.
