OSHA - just hearing that can make you think Oh Sh...!

We just got off the phone with our local Harrisburg office and one of the best OSHA Officers we've communicated with. He was knowledgeable and helpful.

We pride ourselves in continuing education and staying on top of updates and changes. But if we need clarification about a standard or specific situation, we always go STRAIGHT to the main source.

More importantly, we act as a buffer and keep our Clients' name OFF of OSHA's radar. Unsure about an OSHA regulation, it's meaning, application or training requirements? Give us a call, we're happy to help!

Clients often ask us if workplace violence training is required by OSHA....

OSHA does not have a specific CFR (code federal violation) pertaining to Workplace Violence HOWEVER, they DO cite businesses under the "General Duty to Act Clause".

Year 2 of Safety ACE - American Compliance Education is in the books! We're so thankful for all our customers, friends and support!

Truth is... it takes A LOT of work, time and energy to run even a small, humble business. It's not easy, but we wouldn't trade a minute of it. ❤️

After having our taxes done (shout out to ARS Accounting LLC ).... I can see why most businesses fail in the first 2 years. With some success comes, well taxes, it's alarming how much you have to give to the Gov't.

If you are tired of BIG BUSINESS and BIG corporations, and you have the option to choose smaller, community based alternatives....DO IT!

It may mean paying a little more for services but that's how we affect REAL change. It's how we support those around us, the ones actually in our daily orbit.

None of us gets out of here alive....it's what we do while we're here that matters. And it's a wild ride indeed!
