Schedule it, plan it, and make it non-negotiable.

A note on non-negotiables: For example it’s not “Oh yeah, I can meet for dinner tonight!” as you physically or mentally erase your workout or cooking time from your schedule while pretending you’ll “ just do it later.” We usually know how that works out!

It’s more like: “This week is booked, how about next Saturday morning for coffee? Or, we could even workout together if you want!”

🥄 1 container Vanilla protein Oikos greek yogurt

🥞 1/8 cup Paleonola Maple pancake granola

🫐 1/4-1/3 cup organic blueberries

Balsamic roasted veggies🥦

An easy way to help you get more micronutrients and healthy fat into your diet!

- 1 bag pre-washed broccoli, 2 red peppers, 1 carton pre-washed and sliced mushrooms, 1 yellow zucchini and 1 green zucchini sliced, 1 red onion cut into wedges. I recommend organic produce.

- Prep veggies and toss in 4 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, thyme and minced garlic in water(season to your preference)

- spread on a parchment line baking sheet (or 2, veggies should be one layer). Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Bon appetite’ 👨‍🍳

1. 🗓 Keep your weekday routine on the weekend! Why are the weeks easier than the weekend? Often times it’s because you are more prepared. Leave food choices and fitness up to chance on the weekend, and you leave your results up to chance too.

2. 🎯 Focus on what’s IN YOUR CONTROL. Don’t think like this: “This will be a bad weekend because I’m traveling, busy, or, going to dinner twice.” Focus on what you can control. Think like this: “I can pack healthy snacks and water for the car ride.” Or, “I can eat a small meal with protein and veg before dinner so I don’t show up starving.”

3. 🧠 Flip your mindset: The best part of the weekend is more downtime, social events, relaxing, sleeping in, family time. Why do your eating habits have to go out the window? Is that worth it? How do you want to feel come Monday?
