This will be my last show appearance for 2025. It’s a benefit for a group of performing arts kids to travel next year to compete in a competition. They will also be performing throughout the day. Please come and support them.

Ornaments by Dawn will be here today and tomorrow. With the Sprayberry Craft Show on hiatus it’s this show or Apple Annie’s in a few weeks for the north side of Atlanta.

I recently learned that the Sprayberry Craft Show will be on hiatus until the construction on the high school is completed. An attempt was made last year to temporarily relocate to a local middle school but the consensus was that it didn’t work out. So, Sprayberry is out for the next couple years.

Oh happy day! I found someone with the type of catnip I used to grow who is shipping me seeds. Many of my regular catnip toy buyers know the story of how an itty bitty neighborhood kitty kept romping in my catnip patch and ate it down to the ground, leaving not even a seed to help me regrow it. It won’t help this year but if all goes well, I hope to have catnip toys and bags of freshly harvested catnip available through my web site and at the craft shows I attend. https://ornamentsbydawn.com

Great news! I found a source for seeds to replant my catnip patch. A friend up north shared photos of her flowering catnip plants and they’re identical to the ones I grew before a neighborhood kitty ate every last one of mine down to the ground 🙀. She’s agreed to send me seeds once the flowers on her plants dry up. That means I can replant in 2026, and hopefully harvest enough to restock your favorite catnip toys by fall. Thank you so much for your patience.
