I am excited to announce a new class I am starting for adults who have developmental disabilities. This is an in person yoga class taking place on Tuesdays at 4-4:45pm at The Arlington Center in Arlington MA.

8 week series from January 9-February 27
cost for the series is $120

Please spread the word. The class is capped at 10 students

I need to set up an assessment with each student to see if the group class is a good fit. I may be able to also rent smaller spaces for private classes for students who may not be a good fit for the group class.

I don't have nonprofit status yet but please consider donating to my scholarship fund. I shifted my Gofundme to a scholarship fund raiser so if you have already donated let me know if this is OK with you. All funds will go toward deferring the class fee for students or giving individuals who cannot afford the class fee.

Camping means I get the most beautiful views for my yoga practice. Out of 7 days I only missed one day of morning practice because it was down pouring, I definitely felt it in my body after sleeping in a tent.

What struck me though is how well and long I slept without out unnatural light. There are no lights in this campground, our site is away from the road and we have absolutely no cell reception so besides our flashlights, lanterns and campfire I was in rhythm with the sun.
The only sounds at night was the river flowing.

Most days my bath was in the cold river and I felt so clean and refreshed.
I think could live this way but add a small cabin for when it rains and to not have to bring food back and forth to the car, regular bed and some indoor plumbing(I’ll take a composting toilet) and I’m moving in forever.
