So far another great start to the week.
Every morning starts with thrive products. Vitamins, shakes and my patch. All these products have helped me keep energy without jitters and if anyone knows I’m a huge coffee drinker. My coffee intake is down and I feel great without it.

I have been able to increase my water intake, decided o really like orange slices in my water, very enjoyable.

Anyone want to take this journey with me?

Life is great this month so far. Keep up the healthier eating pattern. My Thrive Shake in the more, Thrive vitamins and loving my vitamin every patch. This is an amazing system that helped me eliminate a huge amount if caffeine I was drinking. Now I get my water intake everyday. Lost enough wait to be able to wear my wedding ring and go down a pants size.

I lost 4 lbs last week. So far looks like I am down another pounds or 2 this week.

Next week I really start to add more exercise into my routine now that I feel more confident in my n nutrition.

I am here to help if you need to have accountability we can help each other. Always room for accountability partners.

Haven’t been on this page in awhile. But man. I’m starting to feel good. Getting back on track with the journey to a healthier me again. Love the products I use. Loads of energy, vitamins and coming soon a far blocker. Looking forward to seeing how that product goes.

I’m down about 10 lbs from this summer.

Tonight start my journey again. Had a great workout with my girls. The arms will be feeling it tomorrow. Get the routine of heading into the gym again and start working on portion control. Also really need to crave this sweet tooth of mine. Looking to loose around 50 #. Already lost about 20 # and actually kept it off.

Kidnapped the youngest, made her go for a bicycle ride. About 25 mins later we got back home. Felt good we will be doing it again.

Yesterday wasn’t to bad. I did eat a juice cheeseburger for lunch. 🤗. Tasted good. Then followed up with a salad and rotisserie chicken for dinner.

Todays breakfast and snacks fruits, hard boiled eggs and a bag of strawberry banana Cerritos for a sweet tooth snack. It also has freeze dried strawberry slices in the bag as well.

Today is an off day. Which is good cause me changing up the leg day routine has me feeling it today. 😊

Things are starting to come together. Down 8lbs as of this morning. Loving it. I Am going to keep going. Had to pause for this stupid cold. Makes it hard to workout if you can’t breath. So right now just keeping an eye on what I am eating and how much I am eating.

Week one of going to the gym in the books. this morning starts week two. Feeling good. Amazing how I feel everyday I go. Seems like more energy. Let’s keep this going!
