I am a very professional goal oriented coach that uses a scientific approach to develop and teach you the correct program for you to reach your goals.

I have almost 40 years of experience and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and over 20 certifications that will be at your disposal.

You and i work as a team to help you get the results you want while getting strong and confident all in a clean organized family atmosphere.

I also have a very nice app designed to track all progress and communicate with me and hold you accountable for your workouts and nutrition.

Additionally i use a modern 3D scanner to establish baselines for your muscle balance and posture. This is a monthly scan to show real results in real time!

I offer a free consultation and could meet with you asap. I am only taking on 3 new private clients this quarter.

All packages are three to 5 days of personal training that include 7 days a week nutrition coaching, monthly scans as well as the mobile app for program accountability and compliance. The small groups are from 3 to 8 people and are Tuesday at 7am Thursday at 5:15am and 8am as well as Sat at 8:15 am these small groups are $25 per class or 10 for $150. They are free with any private training package.

All of this makes my programs highly successful.
