I could easily tell you all the wrenches that 2020’s events threw in my life. Instead I would rather share how thankful I am for the massive amount of quality time I was able to share with my children, My Love, My parents, my tribe and family.

It was a joy being able to cook dinner for them every night, sitting up talking and reconnecting on levels that were lost in the hustle of work and survival. 2020 allowed me to reprioritize what is important to me and who deserves my energy.

My solid circle was there for it all and I came to realize that the people who are supposed to be here are here and those are the ones that I ride with until the wheels fall off. My heart is full, my soul is joyful and I am ready for what is in the future for me.

Thank you for being my Rock, for being my mirrors and reminding me of what real friendship is and unconditionally loving me. and you guys are my reasons for breathing each day.

Stepping into a new Season...

I’m truly blessed for the love and support that I am surrounded with. With each season and life change my tribe is my constant reminder that I can persevere through anything.

You are your own competition, best friend and worst enemy. What you tell yourself about yourself will be reflected in how you treat others.

Those who cannot change their minds about themselves cannot change themselves.

Be willing to grow through the internal and mental pain caused by being self aware and taking accountability. You will stand Stronger in the end.
