 I want to celebrate you and your wins. We have all done something hard in this lifetime. July 13th marks my 5th year in my sober journey. I will he hosting 3 yoga classes. 1 vinyasa 2-Spa Yoga 50% of the proceeds will be donated to the women's sober house in Stoneham. All three classes there will be snacks, swag bags, giveaways and of course Starbucks coffee.

Join Calinda Thursday nights at 5pm for a fun blend of yoga, dance, and movement!
Enjoy a class filled with great energy and a yoga sequence that feels like a dance! This class is designed to help us shed our armor and have some fun. With upbeat & rhythmic music to fit the vibe. We tie it all together with some mindful stretching and a beautiful meditation in the end.
