Courage. It looks different for each one of us. We often undercut the process of becoming a warrior because we deem ourselves ordinary. For some, courage is big and bold and for others it seems tiny and insignificant.
💛Courageousness is an action or belief propelling us through the fear to face the possibility of what’s on the other side, even if it seems small, it’s still BIG!
💛 You are courageous. Every one of you! You show up each day with an element of uncertainty. Can you name the thing that makes you brave and be proud of the guts it takes or took to be where you are RIGHT now! I’ll go first.

💛 I kept going even though I was scared of falling.
💛 Some people’s words caused doubt, but I listened to those who believed in me instead.
💛 God needed me to face it, so I could help others two steps behind me.
💛 My girls needed to see a Mom who dusted herself off, and got back in the race.
💛 Today me basks in gratitude for the perseverance I’ve gained and the grace extended to me along the way!

Time with a trusted therapist is transformational! Can you imagine having someone in your corner, who believes in you, hears you, sees you, and wants the BEST life has to offer you?

Do you know how many times in the last several weeks I’ve heard, “Well, I’ve never thought of it that way before.” And suddenly there is a sigh of relief or a tear that trickles when an epiphany promotes healing!

Hello, I’m Meredith Colbert, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I believe that every person is created with inherent value and purpose. As a mom of three amazing boys and a wife of over 16 years, I understand the challenges of balancing family life, personal struggles, and the desire for growth. My own journey through life’s difficulties, and the healing I found along the way, inspired me to become a counselor so I could help others find the same hope and wholeness.
I offer a holistic, compassionate approach to counseling, tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relational challenges, grief or life transitions, I’m here to support you in nurturing every aspect of your well-being—mind, body, and spirit.
