As Thanksgiving approaches, we hope you find moments of peace these next few days, whether that’s around a full table or in your own cozy company.

Though we can’t avoid *all* the holiday hustle, we *can* choose to take an extra pause here and there. Let’s linger a bit longer on whatever brings us comfort and happiness: a good book, a walk outside, a delicious slice of pie, or just stepping away from our phones and letting the rest of the world wait a minute.

If you’ve been pouring all your energy into everyone else this season, let this be a gentle reminder: *you* deserve that same love, care, and rest too.

From all of us at BPPT, we’re so grateful for you, and wish you a very Happy Thanksgiving 💛

Pelvic floor health isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why our team keeps learning.

We just got certified in Visceral Manipulation (VM1), a hands-on approach that helps us assess and treat tension in the deeper layers of the body, like the organs and connective tissues. Swipe to learn more about what this means for you.

If you’ve had pelvic or abdominal symptoms that haven’t fully responded to muscle work alone, VM might help us get to the root.

If you’re curious if VM is right for you, please reach out!

📚 If you haven’t grabbed Dr. Sara Reardon’s .vagina.whisperer new book “Floored: A Woman’s Guide to Pelvic Floor Health at Every Age and Stage” yet - what are you waiting for??

This is a brilliant, much-needed resource for anyone trying to understand their pelvic floor better (because s*x ed in school was sorely lacking for most of us 🙄) whether you’re dealing with symptoms, supporting someone who is, or curious about what might be on the horizon. “Floored” is clear, thoughtful, funny, and empowering - exactly the kind of health literature we need more of nowadays 💛

We believe knowledge is power. Books like this help break the stigma around pelvic health, spread education, and remind us that change (big and small) is possible with the right support.

Swipe for a passage that stuck with me, both for the funny visual, and for the not-so-funny reasons behind it.

We love hearing stories like this 💙

Early postpartum care can make such a difference - not just in easing symptoms, but in helping you reconnect with your whole body.

Alison’s journey is a reminder that healing is possible with the right support, education, and partnership with a pelvic floor PT.

If you’re navigating postpartum challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. We would love to meet with you!
