Got a jar of Sea Moss but not sure what to do with it? No worries, I have you covered! 💞

It's easier to add it to your morning routine. I add a tablespoon of Sea Moss to my herbal tea 🫖 in the morning. It dissolves almost immediately while leaving behind very little evidence of smell or taste.

The same can be done for coffee ☕ lovers. Some clients will add it to a smoothie where it will be completely tasteless. Then the truly bold individuals will eat straight from the jar.

Sea Moss's taste and texture put me in the mind of sugarless apple sauce. Fruit infusions help the flavoring of the gel but it's still a superfood, not a dessert 🍓so it's not very sweet.

Strawberry is my favorite fruit so this is hands down my favorite way to Sea Moss. The smooth and sweet sea moss taste to good to be good!!! 🍓 Strawberries contain vitamin C, manganese, folate (vitamin B9) and potassium, add that to the 92 minerals in sea moss and you have a spoonful of awesomeness!
