Do you know the difference between Spider Veins and Varicose Veins?

Spider veins are typically smaller, not raised, and just cosmetic. They are caused by damaged small venous structures.

Varicose veins are larger, typically raised, and cause symptoms such as itching, pain, swelling, and ulcers. They are caused by increased pressure in the veins.

To learn more about the difference between Spider and Varicose veins, please visit our website at midsouthvascular.com or give us a call at 901-519-4690.
