Here are 3️⃣ ways to get your medical claims paid faster‼️

🌀 Most claim rejections and denials are preventable and cause delayed reimbursement.(Monitor these issues daily by reviewing rejections reports and EOBs/ERAs upon receipt and address them as soon as possible.) Failure to check into this daily can leave claims weeks and months old without payment.

🌀 It's best practice to submit claims on a regular basis, daily if possible. The sooner claims are submitted the sooner they will be processed and - the sooner the provider will be reimbursed. When claims are not submitted in a timely manner, you run the risk of missing the timely filing period.

🌀 Filing claims electronically is the preferred method. The ability to track claims and have proof of filing, I the ability for claims to be "scrubbed" for errors by the software and clearinghouse, the insurance payers receive the claims faster.
