We at Harmony Women's Health LOVE to celebrate our pelvic floor physical therapist Sadie Hollis! She has been working in tandem with our office since August 2023 and we are so grateful for her continuous and dedicated care towards our mutual patients.

We want to officially announce our new Nurse Practitioner Eliza Douglas! 🩺✨

Eliza specializes in gynecology and offers separate classes for charting your cycles with the Creighton Model. She is available for all appointment types M-W each week.

Last Friday marked 2 years of Harmony Women's Health officially opening its doors! We have added several new wonderful staff members including a new nurse practitioner, have a total of 3051 established patients, and attended over 600 deliveries! We are so grateful to each and every one of our patients who support us, and especially for Dr. Podraza and all of his hard work. As a thank you to him from all of us, we made two bulletin boards full of patient stories and photos which will be displayed in our office, with room for many more in the future! We plan to keep welcoming in new and old patients for many years to come!

Our office staff is working on a gift for Dr. Podraza for the 2 year anniversay of his practice! We would love for patients who have any photos or stories with Dr. Podraza to share them with us so that we can show him our appreciation. Photos of you or your children with Dr. Podraza are preferred; these will be displayed in the office. Feel free to DM us any photos you have with him from the past 12 years to celebrate all he has done for the Greater Memphis community!

Harmony Women's Health will be offering classes on Natural Family Planning taught by our new Nurse Practioner Eliza Sims! Our office is committed to providing quality information and support for women and their families across all stages of life. Using the Creighton Method is proven to be effective, whether you are trying to conceive or avoid pregnancy.

Call our office to register for an introductory session with Eliza on April 14th at 8:30am and 1pm in our office. We'll see you there!
