Today, February 11th, is Dr. Podraza's 50th birthday! He was celebrated today at the office with our staff, and this past weekend with a surprise birthday party, which included flying in his family from all over the country! We love Dr. Podraza and all he does. Here's to another 50! 🎉

Happy New Year!

I wrote a program to calculate all of my delivery stats on the fly! So I am going to post last year's final numbers:

Total Deliveries for 2025: 292
VBAC Success Rate: 85.71%
NTSV Rate (First time, full term mothers who deliver vaginally): 83.56%
CS Rate: 14.38%

As you can see, we had another successful year with a lot of deliveries and low cesarean rates! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and may we all have a blessed 2026!

Our staff had a blast at the first Grizzlies game of the season last Wednesday! We loved watching the beginning of the new season, seeing the rookies score, and celebrating their first win!

We at Harmony Women's Health LOVE to celebrate our pelvic floor physical therapist Sadie Hollis! She has been working in tandem with our office since August 2023 and we are so grateful for her continuous and dedicated care towards our mutual patients.

We want to officially announce our new Nurse Practitioner Eliza Douglas! 🩺✨

Eliza specializes in gynecology and offers separate classes for charting your cycles with the Creighton Model. She is available for all appointment types M-W each week.
