📌You can see the pain and frustration on my face in those photos.
I was hurting.
Not just physically — but mentally and emotionally drained.

I couldn’t stand for more than 2 minutes without needing to sit down. I was a whole Physical Education teacher. Imagine that. 😫
And honestly? I wanted to give up so many times.

But I didn’t.

I kept showing up — even when it was slow. Even when it didn’t look like anything was changing.

And now, I look back and realize: I was fighting for her.
The version of me that wanted to feel strong again. Free again. Whole again. I wanted to find the person I use to know.

This is your reminder:
Don’t you dare give up.

Your story is still being written.
