This is a common question I ask in therapy to clients (and often to myself). Our bodies are our great holders and they have a lot to say…whether we want to listen or not.

We may not know how listen to our bodies for a variety of reasons. And that’s OK. It’s never too late to befriend your holder.

Check in with your body, friends. She/He may be holding more than you realize.
