I just found out that this company has been fraudulently charging me for 14 months, over $700. When I tried to contact them to get it refunded, they refuse to answer me. We started an application with this company and then they denied us. They said it was because of CBD we sell. When they charged my account, their designation is almost identical to my actual processor so I didn't catch it for months. RUN away!!!

After I left this review they called me. Not to refund my money but to get me to not claim that it was fraud because they opened for accounts and denied me but did not close them all. Because apparently it's our job to know what they're doing in their computer system.

Still haven't gotten any money back or a promise of any money back

Now they won't even answer my phone calls or text messages

I just found out that this company has been fraudulently charging me for 14 months, over $700. When I tried to contact them to get it refunded, they refuse to answer me. 🔺Rent/Occupancy (6-10%): This includes rent or mortgage payments, property taxes, and maintenance. Location plays a huge role; rent in major cities is significantly higher.
🔺Operating Expenses (10-15%): This is a broad category including utilities (electricity, gas, water), marketing, insurance, cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and administrative costs.
🔺Profit (3-10%): This is what's left after all expenses are paid. Profit margins in the restaurant industry are notoriously thin.

▶️ Sears and K-Mart.
▶️ Party City and Lord & Taylor

Now, we’re hearing about Jo-Ann fabrics going out of business and even more store closures from popular places like Macy’s. Even “safe” businesses like Family ollar and Walgreens has been closing stores.

Why is this happening?
🟥 A large part of it deals with the economy. People don’t have as much spending money as they once did, which means they don’t have the bandwidth to spend the way they used to.
🟥 The internet became the king of the splurge. Stores like Amazon and Etsy have become the most common way to order impulse items like shoes, purses, and even certain supplements. It’s hard to compete with them because it’s hard to convince people to leave their homes.
🟥 Increased costs make it hard to afford rent. Yes, store rents have been skyrocketing. Let’s be honest. It’s not easy to afford rent these days.
🟥 Economic instability has made it harder for businesses to make the leap of faith required to make the jump to a retail space—or even go so far as to keep a store open.

🤔 What does this mean for small businesses?
It means that you’re going to have to focus on community building.

There is a growing void in the market that can be filled by small businesses, but only if you adapt to what people want. It’s all about getting that human connection you typically can’t get online.
