Reminding and encouraging you all to join me for my Somatics training for doulas on October 26 and 27. Here is some information on polyvagal theory, which is the foundation of my course. I extrapolate this information in a birth, postpartum, and infant context that is not yet being talked about very widely and is undoubtedly really informative and important for doulas to be aware of.
