We all want to be fresh & clean 🧼 but if you have skin problems especially, do not overuse or use extra scented detergents and fabric softeners. When you sweat the chemicals seep!

The artificial sweetener in these make them taste SWEETER than the original AND it has an aftertaste.
Although we all know “sugar” isn’t good for the body, the replacements are much worse! Some are like embalming fluid and begans to harden & preserve your body from inside…
Just drink the dang sugar if you must!
Everything has a catch 22-moderation is key! And continuing to choose your battles helps you win more!
