                                            When clients tell me they’re struggling to keep their food on track, I immediately ask 4 questions. 
1. Did you grocery shop?
2. Did you prep your food?
3. Did you pack your meals the night before? 
4. Did you eat what you brought? 
If the answers are “NO” (if they’re struggling the answers are always no), then you can’t expect a plan you aren’t doing, to work! 🤷♀️
Common challenges (aka excuses) are:
I’m busy. 
I travel. 
I leave home early. 
My kids have evening activities. 
My weekends are jammed packed. 
Guess what? SAME!!! But I’ve meal prepped EVERY Sunday for 10-15 years!!! 
⏰ I prepared ALL my meals (and Wes’s) today for Monday - Friday in just over an hour‼️ (after i went to Sunday School and Worship Service)…Jesus first.
On the menu…
🥞 Breakfast: sweet potato and egg waffle with pure maple syrup
🍗 Lunch: chicken thigh and green beans
🐟 Dinner: salmon or chicken breast with zucchini
🥤 Snacks (2): chocolate protein shake (and a caramel rice cake post-workout).
We prioritize what’s most important to us. If you want a different life, DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT instead of complaining about why you cant.
