New Year’s Resolutions notoriously fail. Instead, WRITE your goals using the SMART technique, and journal your progress daily. Here are my goals for 2026. I’d love to coach you toward yours!
1. 10,000 steps daily using my smart watch.
2. 120oz of water daily (3 Stanley cups full).
3. Prayer/Bible Study 30min each morning.
4. Weightlifting 5 days per week middday.
5. 30-60min of cardio 5 days per week.
6. 10min of flexibility work 5 days per week.
7. Fasting 6pm-8am daily.
8. Minimum of 7hrs of sleep nightly.
9. 90% or > in all graduate courses.
