Welcome!
As an expectant parent you’re bombarded with messages about pregnancy, childbirth and parenting. It can be a challenge to sort through them all and find the best path for yourself on this thrilling journey...which can take some of the joy out of the experience.
CEBirth offers classes and birth doula services to support families on that path toward meeting their precious babies by providing necessary information and customized personal assistance through the course of labor. As an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor, I’m educated and equipped to offer unique resources to Memphis area families to prepare for “birth day.” If you're looking for a doula to accompany you through your labor and birth, let’s chat over coffee or your favorite snack to see if I’m the doula you want on your birth team.
