Ok Guys, I'm not a challenge person, but I got such great results challenging myself with this, I'd like for you to try. Then, share your results. Do this workout with Rick for seven days. Eat your regular amount of food, but no, sweets, except maybe 2 squares of 72% dark chocolate if you just have to have a sweet. Absolutely no sweetened drinks of any kind, including juice. And only one reasonable piece of bread. Share your experience, including the level of difficulty, body results if any and how you feel about the challenge. I'm super excited to view your responses.🏋🏽

Today's workout included 45 minutes of brisk walking, 15 minutes of stretching and 2 hours of outdoor work. Outside work involved spraying the weeds, sweeping the lanai, and cleaning the furniture. I didn't plan to do all of that, but that's the way exercise affects us. It gives us more ENERGY!🔥🔥🔥
