Enoki coming in for this weekends We are excited to be there and bring fresh local mushrooms to our community. Enoki mushrooms bring a slightly sweet and nutty umami flavor to dishes. They have crispy stems and delicate caps pairing well with soups, tofu, fish, ramen, miso, garlic, chili flakes and sesame. #901
