Please follow these steps to collect samples :

Supplies needed : 4 cotton swabs ( Q -Tips ) 2 per person
2 envelopes
gloves if available

STEP 1 : Fill Out Envelopes

STEP 2 : swab the inner cheek 5 times
up and down both ends - left and right
DO NOT touch the ends of the swab

NOTE * You should have 2 Q-tips in 1 envelope for
the alleged father and two for the child

NOTE * Collect them the father first and then the child
make sure you do not confuse the samples
Seal the envelope after each collection
Use pre tape envelopes or tape

NOTE * DO NOT LICK
DO NOT use plastic bags

STEP 3: Place both envelopes into a larger mailing
envelope with a note ( Your Information )
