I don’t like to let the weatherman’s predictions change my plans. They’re wrong a lot. But looks like a big storm is going to cover several states, and the high on Saturday went from a forecast of 20 to now a forcast of 15.
So even if we don’t get the snow and wind and ice, I’m not ready to test the resolve of my most loyal clients. So you five early birds get a special prize for next class, but we’re cancelling Saturday’s class! You all stay warm. And safe!

I believe in order to change your habits, it’s good for you to know where you want your path in life to go… to have a Vision of what you’d like it to look like.

Instead of asking what we should change, try asking instead, “What do I want for my life? What do I want my life to look like?… to feel like?
