There was a season of my life when I looked strong on the outside…

but inside, I felt like everything was shifting beneath my feet.

Closing my previous studio felt like losing a piece of myself. I had tied so much of my identity to that space. Who I was. What I had built. What it meant about me.

At the same time, I was becoming a mother. Building Luminous by Lucia from the ground up. Holding space for everyone else while quietly trying to hold myself together.

Breathwork was the first thing that brought me back into my body.
Reiki helped me soften when my instinct was to grip tighter.

And what I’ve learned is this: healing isn’t a one-time breakthrough.

It’s a continued journey.

The Light Within Collective isn’t something and I created and then outgrew.

It continues to be my anchor.
It’s how I regulate my nervous system.
It’s where I return when I feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or energetically heavy.

Every month, I step into the same space I invite you into.
