I’ve been sitting with how to share this… and truthfully, there are no perfect words.

My husband Celso passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack. He was only 47.
My world has been turned upside down, and right now I’m taking life moment by moment… learning how to move through something I never imagined.

I’m sharing this because this space has never just been about a shop or a class.

It’s always been about connection. Real life. Showing up for each other in every season — even the ones that break us open.

And through this heartbreak… your messages, your love, your presence… have held me in ways I can feel deep in my soul. Thank you 🤍

As I begin to take small steps forward, I want to share what’s ahead…

✨ Saudade + Soul Portugal Trip
After deep reflection, I’ve decided to move forward with this July retreat. This experience has always meant so much to me, and I know, without a doubt, that Celso would want me to continue.

We have 2 spots remaining, and doors will officially close on May 15th. If you or someone you know feels called to this experience, I would love to welcome them.

Earlier this week, my world changed in an instant.

I lost my husband of 19 years to a sudden heart attack. He was only 47.

There are no words that can fully hold what this feels like. It’s as if everything I knew, everything we built, everything that felt certain… has been shattered into pieces. I find myself moving through moments that don’t feel real, trying to understand how life can look so different in the span of a single day.

I don’t know how I’m going to get through this.

But a dear friend shared a quote with me from Winston Churchill that I keep coming back to —
“If you are going through hell, keep going.”

So that’s what I’m going to try to do.
One breath at a time. One moment at a time.
For Gabriel. For our son. For the life we created together.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out, who has held me in your thoughts, your prayers, your messages. I feel your love, and it is carrying me more than you know.

I’m not sure when I will reopen the shop. It may be next week, it may be a month from now… I truly don’t know. Right now, I’m taking things day by day.

If you feel called, you are still welcome to shop online. I will do my best to get your orders out within a few days.
