Soul Snuggle Wellness I see you...

You've been keeping "it" together for so long. From the outside looking in, you live a fairly successful life. You have beautiful, creative ideas.

Board-Certified Holistic Nurse & Wellness Coach 🌿 Your safe space to feel seen, heard, & supported ✨Nurse-led 1:1 online, or in-person coaching with compassion & zero judgment 🌊 You are generally a happy, productive person. You tend to be a great support for others, but internally, your own soul is weary. There is something that's been weighing you down:
Maybe it's a health problem. Maybe it's a big decision you have to make. Maybe it's secretly the terrible way you view and treat yourself. Maybe it's a sadness from suppressing a dream not yet lived. Maybe it's regret from not living a life in alignment with what you actually want for yourself. Maybe it's overwhelm from one of all of the above. You may have been keeping your struggles to yourself. Or maybe you've told a select person or two. All you know is that it just seems like any more time spent on sharing your concerns feels Excessive...
Futile...
Maybe Selfish?? You wish there was someone who you could really hash out your issues with who wouldn't judge you. Someone you could always trust to keep things to themselves. Someone who could go step by step, process by process, with you to help you figure out your next right move. Someone who was nurturing and honest. Someone with a background in health and wellness. Someone that could let you focus on what YOU need right now. A problem solver...

A soft space to land...

This desire is not selfish, my friend. And the answer does exist! You need holistic help. You need a holistic nurse and wellness coach. I see you, and I'm here to help. If this resonates with you and you would like to learn more about what it would look like to work with me, all you have to do is DM me the word "see" and I'll check in with you. 💙

I hope to see you soon,

Six years ago today...

Before getting to know the Brothers Koren, I would have never shown you this video. Why you ask? For a totally insane reason.

It's not perfect. I'm too nervous in the beginning. My voice is a little bit weak in the beginning. I'm a little bit pitchy. I'm not totally in my body and to me, it's noticeable.

But you know what? I did this.

I'm literally singing a song with one of my most favorite bands in the world and it's not lost on me that is the stuff that dreams are made of.

But most importantly, these Brothers taught me that experience is so much more valuable then performance. Being in the moment and authentic is with more than any curated, perfect moment that you can craft to share with the world.

So here it is. One of my most proud moments in its entirety. Unedited. Me. A song I wrote with these amazing beings that changed the way I see everything.

Live your life. Be you. Unapologetically. Always. I love you.

Good morning, lovelies💙

I hope today you can find little pockets of wonder.
Little glimpses of things that make you feel like you. Moments of awe that remind you that you're not alone and that this world is a beautiful place.

It's just a bowl of leftover noods.

But they're my noods, and it's one of my favorite nourishing meals that my inner child gleefully ate in the backyard today.

Life has been crazy hectic lately. I mean, like a dumpster-fire-frantic energy has consumed our household in the last couple of weeks. And everything has seemingly gotten done, and we have appeared (for the most part) dressed and functional. I've even enjoyed some of the craziness.

But my soul has continued to want to pull back and rest. I've had days where I felt like I was on the verge of getting sick and I knew we were burning too brightly. Sometimes this just can't be helped because of deadlines, events planned well in the future, health issues, competing hormones, and good ol' fashioned Loki-style chaos.

So what does this have to do with my bowl of noods?

A couple weeks ago I was blessed to be able to join "The Artist's Way" small group journey led by 🌊 With this gorgeous work, I'm remembering/reinforcing that even the small moments throughout the day I use to take care of myself (and the creative child that lives within me) are healing.

So far today, I've managed to fit in a short walk and a nice lunch outside. I may have a laundry list of things to do after I post this, but I'm striving to notice and use my little pockets of time to create some peace and fill my cup. We often forget that this is the easy way to wellness.

What will you do with your little pockets today?

XO,
a💙🌊

You know the saying, “Go to ground?”
It’s when you hunker down and make your circle temporarily smaller. The sweet winter animals do it when it’s time to hibernate. You dial down expectations and just allow yourself to do the minimum.

You sleep, regroup, hand out casual “No Thank Yous” with glee, and focus on the beauty of the little things in your day-to-day. Going to ground is for when you desperately need rest because your life has gotten too big, too heavy, or too fast.

It’s not a retreat (and by that, I mean defeat.)
It’s a nurturing, loving, strengthening act of kindness you can give yourself. It can last anywhere from a few hours to a few months. (I’m sure someone could make it stretch years, but that’s just not my style.)

“Go to ground” is something I tell my clients to do when they are completely overwhelmed. When they can’t take on another thing because it makes them feel like they are going to snap or fall apart…And it almost seems like giving this piece of advice pulls a heavy load right off their shoulders. (It really is an easy way to wellness!)
Their posture softens…they take a deep breath…

This woman is amazing, and I am so honored she wanted to dive into the holistic benefits of voice embodiment with me. Thank you, Jenn, for playing full out every session! It was truly an honor.

Life moves fast. Like, too fast. Some days, I feel like I’m chasing my to-do list at a full sprint: with my coffee in hand, 47 tabs open in my brain, and some random earworm I didn’t ask for stuck on repeat. (And if you know me, you know I hate running.)

In the middle of all that noise, it’s easy to think we must do everything all at once to be “well.” Eat perfectly. Move daily. Hydrate. Journal. Sleep 8-9 hours every night (don’t I wish). And somehow, still be present and kind to everyone.

But what if wellness wasn’t about doing all the things, but about just trying to make the next right move? And if those choices don’t come easily today (because life is hectic and you’re human), you offer yourself a little grace and try again tomorrow.

What’s one small way you can care for yourself today?

A few weeks ago I shared that I wanted to create something nourishing for you...something that could help you find your "happy" and reduce stress.

I'm in the process of doing just that, and I'm going to be sharing little bite-sized snippets of it with you along the way.

As a Holistic Nurse and Wellness Coach, I wholeheartedly believe in self-care, but sometimes we get lost along the way, distracted and overwhelmed. It absolutely happens to all of us! No one is exempt.

But when our soul feels called to come back to our center, we can explore what truly matters to us. The result isn’t about perfection - it’s about creating a life that feels like a soul snuggle.

Over the next coming months, I'll be focusing on the theme, "Soul Snuggles for Sustainable Wellness".

This is my gentle invitation to you:
Slow down with me.
Nourish yourself in ways that last.
Reconnect with what makes you feel most alive.

Through comfort, creativity, and sustainable practices, I’ll share small, meaningful shifts to support your well-being: body, mind, and spirit, without overwhelm.

Because I believe when you care for yourself in ways that are steady and soul-centered, you create a life that just feels...yummy.

I can't wait to walk this path with you.
Stay tuned - the soul snuggles are just beginning!

XO,
💙Andi
