Hillary Sinnott MFT

Hillary Sinnott MFT Do you feel stuck in your life? Do you often get told that you don't quite seem like your old self? I work with people who want to jumpstart real change.

Do you sometimes feel like you could be living a different life if you could overcome some of the things you are carrying with you? I believe in achieving meaningful results efficiently. Instead of just listening I will communicate with you about what I am seeing and thinking, looking to get your views and feedback so that together, as a team, we can get to where you want to be. I find that most people don't fully give themselves credit or recognize the full array of gifts that they have. When I ask my long-term clients, “If I told you when we first started that you would be at this place in your life now, you would have told me that I’m crazy right?” I always get a chuckle and a nod. My style of therapy is interactive, real and warm. I will be your best advocate, but from time to time I am also going to call you out so that we can get past obstacles. LMFT94689
