Regular massage therapy treatments are not a luxury for most people. It’s not going to a “spa” setting and having a day of pampering with fuzzy slippers, robe, champagne, etc

It’s a healing treatment. It supports nervous system regulation, pain management, mobility, mental health, and overall well-being.
