Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for serving your community? House Calls of
Menomonie, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to guide our mission of
providing essential support services to seniors and individuals in need—helping them
remain independent, safe, and connected and empowered.

House Calls of Menomonie, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing quality
of life through a variety of quality, personalized services and compassionate care.

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and
daily operations of the organization. This role works closely with the Board of Directors,
staff and community partners to ensure the continued success and growth of our
programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic planning
• Oversee daily operations and program coordination
• Manage budgets, fundraising efforts, and financial sustainability
• Build and maintain strong community relationships and partnerships
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and best practices
• Promote the organization’s mission through outreach and advocacy

Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
• Passion for community service and working with diverse populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with board members, staff, and community members
• Bachelor’s degree required (relevant field preferred)

There are a lot of scams out there. Recently we have experienced a large number of individuals who are interviewed and offered a remote position with our agency. Then they send an offer letter that looks legit. Carlos is handling things for “the agency” - we do not have anyone with our agency by that name and do not hire these types of positions. THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!
