For the last couple of days it felt like I had 2 flat tires. My back was tight, and my knees were a little sore. So tonight as I was mall walking I made a pit stop and got me some new tires. Literally! 🤣 Your base is everything. Especially as we age. Make sure the rubber on your feet is good and even, not worn out or uneven.

I had cataract surgery on my right eye yesterday. They also did the Lasik on it as well. My eye feels normal today, and my eyesight is damn near perfect.
