The Healing Cup: Restorative Tea Session

Many of the women I work with come to me after some type surgery - I’ve worked with women after heart surgery, breast cancer surgery or cancer treatment and they tell me it isn’t just the physical recovery that’s hard, It’s the fear, the vigilance, the anxiety that follows.

I know. I’ve been there. The worry of every sensation, the rabbit holes, the what ifs. Will I have a life again? Hope for the future?

Through coaching and through my restorative tea sessions, we work to calm the body, support the nervous system, and rebuild a sense of safety.

Your wellness journey isn’t just about your physical recovery — it’s about learning to feel safe in your own rhythm again.
