Meet Dr. Mahmoudieh or Dr. M, as staff and patients fondly refer to him. Dr. M is the Medical Director of El Portal Comprehensive Cancer Centers and has served as the Center’s radiation oncologist since 2008. Prior to his years at the El Portal Comprehensive Cancer Center, Dr. M. served as director of the Prostate Brachytherapy Program at Kaiser in Elk Grove and Roseville. Dr. Mahmoudieh is also a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO).
Dr. M’s experience and skill are truly remarkable, but it is his commitment to his patients and their care that is unmatched. He is a doctor that fights right alongside his patients every step of their diagnosis. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients have every chance to survive and thrive with cancer. He has worked to ensure that every patient that walks through the cancer centers doors is treated with the utmost respect and care.
