I help women reconnect with their health through sustainable habits, mindful movement, and compassionate support—because taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential! I channel my passion for health and wellness and my love for animals through my diet and lifestyle. I'm a vegan home cook and enjoy plant-based cooking and baking. I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012. I a little obsessed with my rescue dogs Fiona and Ruby and my cat, Phoebe. I enjoy walking my dogs, lifting weights, and practicing and teaching yoga. I love travel, live music, dancing, hiking, and snuggling on the couch with my dogs and husband watching Schitt's Creek and The Great British Baking Show.

If we don’t actively work to maintain our bones and muscles, we will gradually lose both. Midlife can feel “fine” on the surface—until it isn’t. And by then, many of us wish we’d paid attention sooner. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters—intentionally and with support.
