I channel my passion for health and wellness and my love for animals through my diet and lifestyle. I'm a vegan home cook and enjoy plant-based cooking and baking. I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2012. I a little obsessed with my rescue dogs Fiona and Ruby and my cat, Phoebe. I enjoy walking my dogs, lifting weights, and practicing and teaching yoga. I love travel, live music, dancing, hiking, and snuggling on the couch with my dogs and husband watching Schitt's Creek and The Great British Baking Show.

A little sunrise yoga on Great Ledge. For me, aging well is being able to continue to hike. This was only 1.5 miles to the peak, but it was quite challenging and part of it was in the dark. Maintaining balance, agility and strength are essential aspects of a healthy life, staying independent and continuing doing thing that you enjoy! Yoga is perfect for that!
